Placing an order
1/ All sales are definitives.
2/ Every article is described in every product sheet.
3/ It’s your responsibility to check if the production fits you or not.
4/ If you got any doubt about size or any other question: do not hesitate to contact us before buying.
5/ In case you made a mistake and you want to exchange your product (wrong size, wrong cd...) it is possible. The charge of return to us is at your charge. As we received the product, we proceed to exchange and ship it back. The costs of shipping back to you is at your charge and the package will be sent after reception of payment.
6/ When you ship back any clothes, please send it like you received it (clean, fold and with a tracking numer). In case of lost, no refund will be possible.
7/ Refund is possible when the seller received back the full order.
Delivery:
8/ Shipping costs are at charge of the buyer.
9/ Products are shipped in the 3 opened days after payment of the articles in stock.
10/ A tracking number is sent for each purchase. We are not responsible of any loss by the Postal Service.
